Student is meeting expected behavior and should continue these positive behaviors.
Warning/Think/ Yellow Conference with student. Sign the log book and note to parent in agenda or telephone call.
Private time with the student and the teacher tells the student the negative behavior and solutions to correct the behavior. Identify negative behavior (class rule/procedure on matrix) and how he/she could have done things differently.
Team Member Privilege loss/ Blue Silent lunch, loss of _ at recess or extra (chips, ice cream, cookies or etc.) at lunchtime. Teacher, student and parent, May formulate a Home School Plan Written Contract.
Student behavior continues during the week or this is the 3rd time the student did not follow established rules/procedures. The student is assigned to another teacher’s room (___min. or less) and completes/writes a reflection. Student, teacher, and parent agree on a consistent approach that teaches/focuses on appropriate behavior.
Offense/Red
Student behavior warrants a trip to the office because the student did not follow through on his contract. The negative pattern behavior continues.
